Acclaim Care Services is a Registered NDIS Provider, committed to supporting you in your daily life. Our services can be customised to meet your unique needs as specified in your NDIS plan. Our team of professionals includes care coordinators who work closely with you to optimise the benefits of your NDIS plan. The NDIS offers eligible participants a personalised plan and funding for the services required to reasonably pursue their goals. Participants who have an NDIS plan have control over the assistance they receive and the providers who offer it to them, giving them the freedom to live their life as they choose. At Acclaim Care Services, we offer as much or as little assistance as you need when navigating the NDIS.
